3 Day Workshop
SUPRISES OF BEING
When we are fully present in the immediate moment, without expecting anything or assuming anything, simply and playfully alert to possibilities, the world and our own presence within it becomes more alive and therefore full of surprises.
The workshop invokes this state of mind and body through fine tuning the senses and opening up our responsiveness in movement to what emerges.
Through body work and improvised movement the workshop is intended to deepen awareness of experiential anatomy, touch, and breath. Through a weave of story making and explorations in the body we allow ourselves to shift and change – become more fluid and metamorphic in how we see, move and dream.
Full rate £120 ¦ Independent artist £100 ¦ Student £80
Only available to book as a 3 day package.
